What is a RACI Chart?

A RACI chart is a responsibility assignment matrix that maps every task or deliverable in a project to the people or roles involved, using four clearly defined levels of involvement: Responsible (does the work), Accountable (owns the outcome), Consulted (provides input), and Informed (kept up to date).
