What are OKRs?
OKRs (Objectives and Key Results) are a goal-setting framework used by teams and organizations to define ambitious goals and track measurable outcomes. Developed by Andy Grove at Intel and later adopted by Google, OKRs have become the standard planning tool for high-growth companies.
An Objective is a clear, qualitative statement of what you want to achieve. Key Results are 2-4 specific, measurable outcomes that indicate whether the objective was met.
