About the framework
Review the structure of a patient intake pathway
Patient Arrives leads to Triage Assessment, which splits into Critical, Urgent, and Stable branches. The corresponding boxes are High, Medium, and Low Priority, followed by Immediate, Scheduled, and Routine Care. All three routes end at Care Plan Assigned.
