Map the overlapping skills across our Product, Design, and Engineering teams
About the framework
Although the page is named a Venn diagram, the embedded example is a seven-node flowchart with arrows rather than overlapping circles. Product and Design connect to UX Strategy; Design and Engineering connect to Prototyping; Product and Engineering connect to Tech Roadmap.
Those three overlap nodes feed Product Excellence, labeled as the intersection of all three teams. The chart names shared work areas, but contains no individual employees, proficiency scores, or staffing counts.
Use it to start a discussion about where responsibilities meet. Replace the teams and overlap labels with your own, then add examples of decisions or deliverables for each shared area. If you need a conventional Venn layout, explicitly ask for overlapping sets.

Frequently asked questions
The supplied example encodes overlaps as connected flowchart nodes. It communicates shared areas without drawing overlapping circles.
No people or proficiency ratings are included. Supply team members and their skills if you want to turn the example into a staffing discussion.
It is the sample’s shared outcome for all three teams. Ask to replace that broad label with a concrete outcome, such as a usable and technically feasible product launch.
