About the framework

Compare business growth with customer sentiment

Three charts make up this executive summary. Revenue is a line and shaded area from January through June, rising from $480K to $665K in the sample. Customer Count pairs positive New bars with negative Churned bars and a Net line for the same six months. NPS Score shows five quarters, from Q1 2025 through Q1 2026, with a target line at 50.

The heading says Q1 2026, but the two monthly charts extend through June. The sample does not label those later months as forecasts, so its time windows need clarification before reuse. All values are example data rather than an identified company report.

Choose a reporting cutoff and update the heading and charts to match. If actuals and forecasts appear together, label them explicitly. Keep customer additions, losses, and net change separate from the total active-customer base.

Frequently asked questions

Common questions

Why does a Q1 summary include April through June?

The supplied heading and monthly chart ranges do not match. Either limit the charts to January–March or revise the heading and label any forecast months.

Does Customer Count show the total customer base?

No. Its series show new customers, churned customers as negative values, and net additions. Starting and ending active-customer totals are not supplied.

What does the NPS target line represent?

It marks the sample target of 50. The five quarterly values are 42, 48, 45, 55, and 62; replace the target and observations with your own survey data.
